Cool drinks and music and a great happy hour make Altitude a pleasurable place to visit anytime. The appetizer menu includes such fare as grilled California artichoke, dungeness crab cakes, Prince Edward Island mussels, artesian cheeses and a variety of seasoned flatbreads. The drink menu is extensive, offering delicious varieties of margaritas, martinis, cocktails, beer and wine. Friendly staff greet you and make you feel welcome.

Live bands appear on the weekends to add to the hype of the evening, making it a rocking good time. By the way, is that a baseball game that you hear? If you're outdoors at the Altitude from about April to October, it's probably the Padres, and their rambunctious fans that are cheering.
